This is my favorite gym top (6'0" 195 lb, low BF), perfect for running as tightness prevents nipple chaffing, just wish I could buy more!

Perfect if you have a built body
It's perfect if you have a built body, but if you're just starting out at the gym or are overweight, then it won't look good as it's a tight athletic fit.

Excellent Choice
6'5", 245 lbs. XL fits great. Material feels good, will be buying some more in the future. Would love to see different colors. Size chart recommended XXL but I had bought some other shirts from MyProtein and thought they were a bit loose.
