Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop Myprotein soy protein isolate (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein OR extra oats + 1/2 tbsp maple syrup)
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp + 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp soy/Greek yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 cup plant/dairy milk (less if using whey/more if using vegan protein)
- 1 tbsp + extra pistachios
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp boiling water
Instructions
Mix the oats, milk, protein powder, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, chia seeds, and maple syrup together. Optional: blend till smooth.
Cook on low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes while stirring gently and continuously.
Pour into a bowl. Top with extra peanut butter, yogurt, and chocolate chips before serving.
