1. Blue Raspberry Mocktail

Ingredients
- 300ml water
1 scoop Clear Whey Isolate (Blue Raspberry) - Ice
- Lemon slice
Method
- Pour the water into your shaker and then add a scoop of Clear Whey Isolate. Shake well until all the powder is fully dissolved. Leave for around 15 seconds to allow the froth to settle.
- Pour into a tall glass with ice and top with a slice of lemon and glace cherry if you’re after the full mocktail experience.

2. Blue Raspberry Jelly

Ingredients
- 400ml water
1 scoop Clear Whey Isolate (Blue Raspberry) - 40ml boiling water
- 1 sachet gelatine
Method
- Pour the water into your shaker and then add a scoop of Clear Whey Isolate. Shake well until all the powder is fully dissolved. Leave for around 15 seconds to allow the froth to settle.
- In a separate bowl, add the gelatine to a small amount of boiling water and stir until fully dissolved and combined.
- Carefully add the gelatine mix to the shaker with the rest of the protein drink and gently shake to combine both liquids.
- Pour into small glasses or jelly molds and then leave to set in the fridge overnight.
