Having the best training accessories helps you have the best training sessions. Times have changed though and new gear has become vital going forward.

So, what should you be picking up for your future sessions?

1. Face mask

Now some of us are back at the gym, masks have become a new training accessory — both to stay fit and healthy.

If you’re going to get one, you might as well get one to go with the rest of your fitness gear. We have recently released our new filtered masks to help you train safe, breathe freely and feel comfortable.

Worried masks might lower your oxygen levels during exercise? This doctor ran 22 miles wearing a mask with no significant depletion of oxygen, so you’ll probably be fine.

2. The recovery stick

Recovery is more important than ever now. The risk of injury when you start back at the gym is far higher after a long break, so making sure you recover properly is essential.

There’s no point in going hard for 2 weeks to then be put out again for another 2 months. So, using the right tools to recover outside of the gym is a must.

Get a recovery stick — it teases out imbalances and knots and makes your muscles feel like new again, decreasing your risk of injury.

3. Gallon hydrator

Stay hydrated out there: getting in your water will always be a health essential. You should be getting in half a gallon a day, so this is perfect for hitting your recommended amount.

It also means you won’t have to keep running back to the tap to fill up and can be specific about how much fluid you’re getting in each day.

If your training has picked up now you’re back at the gym, then upping your fluid levels is essential to staying on top of your goals.

4. Fatz grip

Been back to the gym yet? First thing you probably noticed was that everything feels so heavy now…

Get back to feeling like you can pick up anything by fast-tracking your grip strength.

Put this grip around dumbbells or barbells and weights will feel tougher, so your forearms and grip gets stronger. Going forward this is a fantastic training accessory to get your grip back to where it was before.

Added bonus: you don’t need to touch the bars as much. It’s a win-win.

5. Weight loss bundle

The best training accessory in anyone’s arsenal: a good quality weight-loss guide. A lot of us have put on weight through this, so getting back into shape is a priority and we’ve got you there. That starts with a cut.

This bundle helps you lose weight with a (1) in-depth guide and (2) nutrition essentials like pre-workout, impact whey protein, and essential omega-3s. Getting in your nutrition and protein is No.1 for cutting down that lockdown weight.

Take home message

To train right you need the right tools. So, going forward we need some new training accessories to get your fitness levels back quick. With these in place, you’ve hopefully got all you need to restart your fitness journey in this new world.
