I really like the Omega Balance. Today, I realized I'm low on them and tried to order more. "Out of stock." This means I have to order the other Omega gelatins, which are nowhere near the potency of these! It's hard to guestimate when they'll be back in stock and I don't want to run out. The other Omegas will have to do for now. Goes Well With: Everything

I supplement my diet with these essential fats on days where I find that my diet lacks them. Very slight to no aftertaste and as long as I don't take it on an empty stomach, there's no significant fish smell on my breath. Goes Well With: water to wash it down, and food to keep the bad breath away.

You better be supplementing with some omega 3s ...i train really hard and for me to not treat my body right when i leave the gym is plain insanity...great for overall health and when your dieting EFAs (omega 3s) are a must it allows your body to do more with less calories and recover overall better. Fats are not created equal and this supplement is king! And a good note ive never had fish oil burps with myprotein omega 3 which is a huge plus. Goes Well With: Every whole food meal!
