The most researched member of the BCAA family, Leucine supplementation has been taken a step further with the development of Leucine peptides. Leucine peptides are enzymatically lysed from hydrolysed whey protein isolate to produce a potent mixture of di and tripeptide leucine forms. The benefit is a more soluble, more bioavailable form of leucine that will elicit a greater muscle protein synthesis response.
Leucine is suitable for anyone regularly undertaking intense physical exercise. It can be taken on its own, or can be added to a post workout shake to add some nutritional punch. It is recommended to take 3g twice daily.
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.
