Great Product
Great product to add into your daily routine. Swallows easy and doesn’t have much of an after taste later on. Noticed my joints felt a bit more fluid as well.

Not sure if legit
These reviews are crazy. Unless you are morbidly obese the fastest you should be losing weight is 2lbs a week. And 1lbs should be diet, the other excercise. 1lbs is 3500Cal. If you're losing 0.5-1lbs A DAY, it's not these, CLA DOESN'T work like that at all, it's probably a tape worm. I have supplemented with high doses for CLA for years ane they just help a little with fat, as well with building lean muscle. IIRC looking into the math they only make you lose an extra pound every 3 months or so. That said, Myprotein's / myvitamins CLA is decent enough and a great price compared to Amazon, walmart and the like.Goes Well With:A reality check

Lose weight fast
This product works! I use it daily along with cutting out added/refined sugars, and unnecessary carbs. I lost 30 lbs in 45 days! Now I use it at maintenance level. Weight stays off!

Fatty
This is a great omega 6 fatty acid, especially since it is sourced from saffron. I would definitely recommend to try this out because it is not just great for your heart and brain but also your metabolism (gut).

Lost weight
I really didn’t want to try it because I didn’t trust myself taking CLA’s online but when I took it I lost over 16 pounds just in 2 weeks and it felt so good to have them. Definitely will be purchasing more!!!Goes Well With:WaterÂ

I have been using this for over a year and not going to stop. It's a great product to use alone or stack with other vitamins. Helps curve cravings, gives energy and helps with weight-loss or maintaining. The price point is also fabulous!!! Goes Well With:This goes well with the multi-vitamin.

I have taken various CLA's some have been hit and some have been miss, I have been trying these out for about a month now, and have seen a slight difference compared to others recent taken brands.
