I swear by this stuff, but make sure you eat before taking it. I've had days where I took it first thing in the morning with my vitamins, or right BEFORE eating, and about 30 minutes later I have a horrible stomach ache. However, as long as I take two pills AFTER eating, I'm totally fine, and I swear it works!
