This month, we're celebrating the Clear protein family at Myprotein. If you haven't heard of our Clear line, these fruity protein powders will allow you to have a protein drink that tastes more like a refreshing juice than a milky shake.

To get the inside scoop on our Clear line, we asked ambassadors Jordan Desira and Nikki Zahka how they use Clear protein products to smash their routines and reach their goals.

How do you use Clear protein drinks in your nutrition/fitness routine?

Nikki: I use two scoops of Clear Vegan Isolate in my smoothies after workouts or even just as a quick meal during work. The protein mixes very well into the smoothie and gives a great berry flavour with some added protein. I also use Clear Vegan Isolate by just mixing it in water to have during or after my workout; it has one of the best consistencies for protein when combined with water that I've used!

Jordan: Normally after my workouts I have a scoop of Clear Whey Isolate just as a convenient source of protein. But also throughout the day if I'm not getting enough food or protein in, I'll always carry a scoop with me, and it helps.

Have you noticed any fitness or health benefits since you started using Clear products? If so, what are they?

Nikki: Clear Vegan Isolate is a low-calorie, easy way to be able to hit my protein macros. I'm currently working with a coach on my goals and I know that this will help me get to where I want to be!

Jordan: Personally the biggest benefit I've experienced with Clear Whey is its accessibility and the fact that I can have it throughout the day. If I'm commuting, busy, or traveling, I always have the Clear Whey with me and that allows me to keep my protein intake higher.

Why do you like Clear protein over other protein powders?

Nikki: Clear Vegan Isolate is a lighter protein powder and being an isolate and vegan, it's much easier on digestion. I've had a number of gut and digestion issues in the past that have stopped me from using whey; Clear Vegan Isolate is a great alternative for people to get their protein in without harming the gut!

Jordan: For me, the protein just digests a lot better. Clear Whey also tastes good and has essentially the same macros as regular whey protein. It's fantastic.
