Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop Myprotein Impact Whey Protein (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein OR extra oats + 1/4 tsp cinnamon + 1/2 tbsp liquid sweetener)
- 1 egg or 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 5-6 drops Vanilla Myprotein FlavDrops (sub w/ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- chocolate syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
Pour the oats, yogurt, protein powder, egg, FlavDrops, and frozen berries into a blender. Blend till smooth.
Pour into a microwave-safe buttered container.
Microwave for 2 minutes at 900W. Allow it to cool.
Spread chocolate syrup on top to serve. Enjoy!
