Sometimes nothing beats the classics, and chocolate brownies are no exception. If you're looking for a gooey, chocolatey dessert to sink your teeth into, we've got just the thing. These Chocolate Lava Brownies, made by the one and only Vienna, also known as @strictlythriving, are the perfect comfort food after a long day. Plus they deliver a whopping 53 grams of protein per serving, so you'll be sure to hit your macros.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 scoop Myprotein Whey Forward protein (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein OR extra oats + 15g (~1 tbsp) sweetener)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 5-6 drops Myprotein FlavDrops
  • 90 grams cottage cheese (sub w/ yogurt)
  • 60 grams soy/Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup egg whites OR 1 egg (sub w/ 10g (~1 tbsp) chia seeds + 45ml (~3 tbsp) water)
  • 1-2 tbsp plant/dairy milk (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate pudding

Instructions

1.

Pour all ingredients except chocolate pudding and milk into a blender. Blend till smooth. If too thick, gradually add in milk.

2.

Pour 2/3 of batter into a baking dish. Pour chocolate pudding into the centre. Cover with remaining brownie batter.

3.

Bake for 20-24 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven.
