Ingredients

  • 4 cups fat free Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup milk (Razi uses 1% skim. You can also use soy, almond, cashew, or oat milk)
  • 1/4 cup light cream cheese (1/2 cup for a creamier texture)
  • 1/4 cup low-calorie maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 & 1/3` cup rolled oats (or instant/quick oats)
  • 4 scoops Myprotein Impact Whey Protein in Cinnamon Cereal or Vanilla
  • Desired amount of cinnamon (for each layer in each jar)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Extra Toppings:
  • Desired amount of cinnamon
  • Desired amount of granola
  • Desired amount of nuts, seeds, fruit, or coconut flakes

Instructions

1.

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, cream cheese, sweetener, rolled oats, and protein powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.

2.

Get 4 mason jars and add 1/4 cup of mix to each jar. Add cinnamon on top of each layer of mix. Then repeat for 4 layers for all 4 jars.

3.

Seal the jars and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!

4.

Notes:
• If you use brown sugar, honey, or pure maple syrup as your sweetener, keep in mind the extra calories.
• This is meant to be eaten cold, but you may microwave and serve warm!
• Although you can make overnight oats for up to 5 days, Razi finds the sweet spot to be 4!
