Is This a Good Meal Prep Recipe?
While this salad can be prepped ahead of time, it’s best eaten fresh. Due to its short storage life and the fact that it can’t be frozen, it’s not ideal for batch prep. But it does work well for a day or two in the fridge.
How to Store It
Even though there’s no cooked food involved, you should still store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container. Eat within two days.
Variations and Add-Ins
Making a recipe your own is something we always get behind — it keeps things fun and varied. Just remember that any changes may affect the macros, so if you’re tracking, make a note of your swaps.

Make It Vegan
It’s easy to make this recipe vegan — just swap out the feta and honey:

FAQs
Can I use pre-cut watermelon?
Absolutely, if you need — it’s a great time saver. But that said, you can’t beat fresh cut watermelon.
How long does it take to make?
About 10 minutes, depending on how much chopping is involved.
Can I make it without the herbs?
You can, but we’d recommend keeping the mint. It adds a refreshing flavour that really elevates the dish.
