Immunity-Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 small cooked beetroots (steamed not pickled)
- 120 g frozen berries
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 small piece ginger
- 1 small piece turmeric
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein (Vanilla)
- 1 tbsp. hemp
- 100 ml soy milk
- 2 tbsp. kefir or live yogurt
Instructions
1.
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Pour into a tall glass to enjoy immediately or into your shaker to take with you on the go.
