Ingredients
- 6 strawberries
- 200 g 0% fat yogurt
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein - Strawberry Cream
Instructions
Add yogurt, protein powder, and strawberries to a mixing bowl.
Using a handheld blender, blitz until smooth.
Line some baking paper on a tray (to prevent the yogurt bites from sticking) and spoon a tablespoon of the mixture for each yogurt bite.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
