Ingredients

  • 50 grams oats
  • 1 scoop Myprotein Impact Whey (Pumpkin Spice)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • Toppings :
  • handful of almonds
  • dark chocolate (shaved)
  • drizzle of maple syrup
  • pumpkin seeds (desired amount)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the dry ingredients into a small dish.

  2. Add the cup of milk and stir in.
