Ingredients
- Baked Oats:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (blended into a powder)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 scoop Myprotein Impact Whey protein in Gingerbread
- 1/3 cup any milk (Razi uses 1% skim)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp any sweetener
- Icing :
- 1 tbsp light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 scoop Myprotein Impact Whey protein in Gingerbread
- 2 tbsp water (or milk)
Instructions
Combine all of the baked oats ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Pour your batter into a small baking dish and bake at 175C/350F for 17 minutes.
Combine the icing ingredients in a small bowl.
Once the baked oats are out of the oven, drizzle the icing over them. Enjoy!
