At the beginning of May, the Myprotein team headed to sunny Miami, Florida, for several awesome events. Let's see what they were up to.
Move Club
If you haven't heard of the Myprotein Move Club, it's a movement where we run in different cities across the US and encourage our fellow Myprotein community members to join us.
Move Club is a vibrant community where connections are made, and no ambition is too big or small.
We’re dedicated to exceeding expectations and creating a space where everyone - regardless of age, sport, or fitness goal – can ignite their passion for a healthier life.
The latest Move Club run was in none other than the beautiful Miami Beach. The Myprotein team, along with Miami residents, completed a 2-mile run along Miami Beach.
Myprotein ambassadors Christian Swole Ricketts and Cranon led the way. Christian Swole Ricketts, an athlete and new-time bodybuilder, explained that the Move Club is open to all and everyone goes at their own pace, so there is no pressure–only good vibes.
It's so much easier when you have a group of people around you pushing you.
Runners experienced free giveaways and good times with the run club.
Curious what the runners ate before their run?

Race Weekend: Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix 2024
Our next stop in Miami was to support Myprotein ambassador and F1 driver Logan Sargeant for the Miami Grand Prix race in his hometown.
Sargeant became F1's first American driver in nearly eight years in the 2023 season and competes for Williams Racing.
At just 23 years old and with victories in several championships behind him, Sargeant shows great potential and we're excited to cheer him on.
To celebrate race weekend, we took Christian Swole Ricketts and Cranon to the Williams Racing Fan Zone for some all-access fun.

Our ambassadors got an up-close look at the Myprotein branded show car and uniforms. Plus, we set up the Batak reaction time machine– where fans can test their reaction time to see if they can match the reactions of an F1 driver.
Christian and Cranon went head to head to see who had the quickest reflexes:
Take Home Message
It's safe to say we made waves during our week in Miami. From the Move Club to the Williams Racing Fan Zone, the Myprotein team had a blast. Keep following along for our next adventure as we support our athletes and make memories.
