Instructions

1.

Pour protein powder, cottage cheese/yogurt, FlavDrops, and liquid sweetener into a blender. Blend till smooth.

2.

Pour half of your mixture into a ramekin.

3.

Crush one wafer and place on top. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top.

4.

Pour the remaining cottage cheese mixture into the ramekin and place crushed wafer/chocolate sauce on top.

5.

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving!
