Gingerbread Cinnamon Rolls

Fall may be over but that doesn't mean we have to give up our favourite fall flavours just yet. These Gingerbread Cinnamon Rolls by

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, 1/2 scoop of Myprotein Gingerbread Impact Whey, and Greek yogurt to create a dough.

  2. Roll the dough flat using a rolling pin until even.

  3. Spray the surface of the flattened dough with butter spray and then sprinkle the cinnamon and granulated sugar.

  4. Roll the dough into a log, then cut into 1-inch pieces.

  5. Place into a baking tray and bake at 175C/350F for 12 minutes.

  6. For the icing, mix 1/2 scoop of protein powder with powdered sugar in a small bowl. Add almond milk while stirring. Add enough to create a smooth consistency.

  7. Assemble the warm cinnamon rolls on a plate and drizzle with icing. Enjoy!
