Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek/soy yogurt
- 3-4 drops Myprotein Vanilla FlavDrops (sub w/ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1 scoop Myprotein Impact Whey Protein
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 + 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (plus extra)
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 1 pack Myprotein Lemon Crispy Wafers
Instructions
Mix the yogurt, protein, FlavDrops, 1/2 tbsp of sweetener, and lemon juice together.
Mix the remaining 1 tbsp of sweetener with the cocoa powder and boiling water.
Place one protein wafer into a ramekin. Pour half of the yogurt mixture on top. Pour the chocolate mixture on top and spread evenly.
Place the second protein wafer on top. Pour the remaining yogurt mixture on top.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Sift cocoa powder on top to serve.
