Clear Protein Popsicles | Now THIS Is How To Cool Down Post-Workout

Looking for a refreshing snack to beat the heat this summer? Our Clear Protein Popsicles will be sure to hit the spot. These tasty treats are not only delicious, but low in sugar and high in protein. Too good to be true, right? You can get creative with our Clear Protein blends and create whatever flavour you like. Method

1) Add the water and a scoop of Clear Protein to a shaker. We’ve used Clear Whey in Orange Mango flavour for this recipe, but any of the flavours will work just as well.

2) Shake well and then let the drink stand for 15 seconds to allow the froth to settle.

3) Meanwhile, add your fruit to the popsicle mould.

4) Then, pour the Clear Protein into the moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

5) Enjoy!
