Really helpful to help practise pull ups (I use them after bodyweight ones) but one of the 2 bands snapped after only 6 month usage…

Good bands that do not snap easily better than others that are far more expensive

I am 5ft 6 & 12 stone (168 pounds or 76.2 kg) and for me the band allows me to do all types of compound and isolation exercises. This band is perfect for upper, lower and abdominal exercises as the resistance is perfect (with enough reps), to maintain or even build muscle on both compound and isolation exercises. Both for the lower and upper body. This band could be used by complete beginners as they would find it challenging. However it could be utilised by intermediates or advance folks with enough reps and minimal rest between sets to get a good workout on any body part.

I've purchased these previously, they were great, these have been loose, low in resistance and snapped with far less than the previous bands I've boughten from myprotein which are still going good probably 3 years later.

Bought these to help with my pull ups and so far they are helping. Really strong bands and just enough tension to help me get the right lift without cheating too much ;)

Good products , however they came all stained with this brown sandy stuff. But good for their intended use
