Servings:  1

Ingredients

  • 1/2cup oats
  • 1scoop Pumpkin Spice Impact Whey Protein
  • 1/4cup soy/Greek yogurt
  • 1/4cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3cup plant/dairy milk
  • 5-6 drops FlavDrops
  • 1/2tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/4tsp baking powder
  • chocolate chips/squares
  • chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into a blender. Blend till smooth.

  2. Pour 2/3 of the batter into an oven-safe ramekin.

  3. Place a chocolate square at the center. Cover with remaining batter on top.

  4. Add chocolate chips on top. Bake for 13-18 minutes in a 180C/350F preheated oven.

  5. Add chocolate syrup on top to serve.
