Chocolate Vanilla Swirl Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein
  • 1/4 cup Greek/soy yogurt
  • 1/3-1/2 cup plant/dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 5-6 drops FlavDrops
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients, except cocoa powder, into a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Split the batter into two. Add cocoa powder into one and mix thoroughly.

  3. Pour both simultaneously into an oven-safe bowl. Optional: Use a knife/chopstick to swirl.

  4. Bake for 17-22 minutes in a 180C/350F preheated oven. Add toppings to serve.
