Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- Spices to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, all spice
- 1 scoop Myprotein Gingerbread Impact Whey
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Pecans (optional)
- Salt (optional)
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add almond milk.
Mix together and microwave for 90 seconds.
Top with vanilla, maple syrup, and any other toppings you’d like! @fitbymandi uses pecans and a pinch of salt. Enjoy!
