Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • Spices to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, all spice
  • 1 scoop Myprotein Gingerbread Impact Whey
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pecans (optional)
  • Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add almond milk.

  2. Mix together and microwave for 90 seconds.
