Ingredients
- 1 digestive biscuit
- 10 g unsalted butter (melted)
- 80 g fat-free Greek yogurt
- 15 g Impact Whey Protein (Chocolate Smooth)
- 10 g all-natural peanut butter (melted)
- 5 g protein spread (chocolate hazelnut)
- 2 mini peanut butter cups (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuit into crumbs by placing it inside a zip lock bag and hitting with a rolling pin.
- Pour the crumbs into a clean ramekin and add the melted butter. Mix with a teaspoon to combine, then pat the biscuit base down into a smooth, flat layer at the bottom of the ramekin.
- In a separate bowl, mix the fat-free Greek yogurt and Impact Whey Protein until completely smooth and lump free.
- Pour the yogurt mixture on top of the biscuit base in the ramekin, smoothing it with the back of a teaspoon to create a flat surface.
- Top with the melted peanut butter and smooth into another circular layer. Repeat the process with the chocolate protein spread.
- Top with 2 mini peanut butter cups (if you wish) for the perfect indulgent final touch. Dig in immediately or keep in the fridge for a treat later on.
