The socks are super thin and very badly sewn. All three pairs of mine developed holes along the seem from the toes to the foot. They are designed for running and working out but do not stand the test and I would not recommend.

These are great socks both for training and work! They don’t slip, feel comfortable and breathable and the flap at the back is big enough to stop rubbing, but not so big that it sticks out majorly. Great value!
