5All of the reviews I saw for the dragonfruit flavor was a mix between it tasting like medicine or like the starbucks refresher drink lol. So I was a little worried about it but bought it anyways and I am really glad I did. Mixed with water the taste is pretty faint and I mixed it with White Cranberry Juice and it tasted so good and refreshing too. This will definitely be my go to from now on I’m so happy with this purchase! Goes Well With:White Cranberry/Cranberry juice

Great and relatively easy product
5I’ve been using this type of Whey Isolate for about a few months now. At first, I did have some apprehensions, as I’ve never been particularly fond of protein powder, and this powder was definitely a lot more different. And the first time I tasted it, it was indeed quite strikingly coarse. But I’ve found that the more you drink this powder, the more addictive it gets! After the first bottle I had of it, it was a lot better, and has subsequently just been getting sweeter every time I drink it! I don’t particularly understand why, but despite being the same powder, it tastes different after a few weeks of regularly drinking it. Nowadays, I tend to drop a scoop in my water bottle everyday, and after having to just make sure the powder doesn’t stick to the insides of the bottle and giving it a few shakes every now and  then for about half an hour, it usually dissolves pretty well and ends up looking exactly like water. That sounds like a great deal of effort, but I’ve found it not to be too much of a hassle. Now about the water-powder ratio, I honestly don’t think that it’s a big deal, just guesstimate and try to get the golden ratio that works for you; on that note, I like to shake about one scoop with ~28-29 ounces of water in my water bottle, so that’s a pretty good starting point. Overall, it’s a great product, and given MyProtein’s regular sales events, it comes at a half decent price. For people like me who just can’t drink whey milkshakes, or hate the smell of that stuff, I think this is a great option!Goes Well With:Water, mostly.Â

Tastes good, but be careful
3The clear whey from MyProtein does a good job at offering a light tasting protein drink compared to other brands and the traditional whey proteins. The taste is like a very sweet tea, but I can tolerate it add some variety to my protein intake. However, where the clear protein fails is its binding agent. Whenever I go to scoop protein, the powder is extremely volatile. Any moderate or sudden movements will cause the powder to fly into the air - think about the cartoons where flour explodes and leaves a cloud of dust, its very similar. Additionally, the powder sticks to your fingers no matter what, even when they are dry. Considering that this protein is more expensive than regular whey, they should do a better job to make sure none of the volume is lost in these transition states (e.g. Scooping).

5This is literally the best whey isolate I’ve ever had. I’m not a fan of the milkshake flavors that every other company pushes, this stuff is the perfect alternative. Light, tasty and delicious. I swear by this stuff.Â
