Sour cherry is the best! I originally got strawberry but the sample packet for sour and after I was finished it was clear that my next purchase would be sour cherry. If you’ve cut back on your sugar or candy while training this would be a good ringer, sweet with some sourness. The best of the two Mike and Ike proteins
