"Unflavored" not "Flavorless", but you get used to it
5Reading other reviews with some people loving the taste and others hating it had me worried about what flavor to get. I ended up getting the unflavored one and just mix it in with my post workout protein shake. It definitely altered the taste of the shake, adding a sour/bitter taste. After a few days though I got used to it. Now I don't mind it at all. As for the effectiveness of the product itself, I find that it gives me an extra edge to get that extra rep or two. I would recommend.

unflavored recovery
5so i love the recovery aspect of the bcaas no additives in it foams up as far as taste, well i mix that with whatever i have round the house but im trying to ind some good stuff to mix it with. atm using some gatoraide mixGoes Well With:water, gatoraide power aide, pre workouts, protein shakes or any liquid drink.

Disguisting taste
1I ordered "Blue Rasperry" and the flavour is terrible! It tastes like pure sugar and pure chemical. Hard to enjoy a taste like this, I will probably throw away the whole thing since it's just really bad taste.

They work!
5I used to get sore all the time from lifting. Ever since I’ve been using bcaas (for about a year now) I’ve noticed better performance, gaining strength and I’m not sore in the morning! The taste is chalky, but mix it with a MIO or MyProtein shake. Goes Well With:I mix mine with creative monohydrate and a protein shake.Â

Good product
5I have the orange bcaa mix and the taste eventually grew on me, I’m sure it mixes horribly by spoon but I always use a blender bottle and it gets the job done. Def a thumbs up in my book.Goes Well With:Water

Aversion to liquid
3This stuff will not mix in liquid no matter how vigorously mixed. Must be mixed in to foods.

Tastes like Tang!
5So I have a few of the myprotein BCAAs. Quite frankly, by themselves they taste very flat. Very artificially tasting. But I purchased citric acid from the store, and just a little citric acid in the drink makes it taste amazing! I have the orange flavor and with citric acid it tastes like Tang. In terms of results, I would say that it works quite well in maintaining my gains. During some lulls in my workouts I’ve used this and I noticed that my muscle loss isn’t as bad as before when I never used thisGoes Well With:Water
