i take these all the time. i love the blue raspberry. i have to add ALOT more water than they recommend. i mix it with my energy drink in the mornings when i get up and i take them during my workouts. they mix very well. i take my bcaa everywhere i go just incase i need something sweet and to help me through until my next meal

The product is suppose to be unflavor but it has a taste and it IS NOT GOOD and definitely affects the taste of my protein or anything else. Great price but I can do better even if it cost more ..... unflavor should be TASTELESS
