Very good and effective BCAA, but tastes horrible by itself. I mix a scoop with about 2-3 grams of a lemonade powder and mix with a little water (2-4 oz). Tastes great when mixed with something! Doesn't mix well, but good quality BCAA's usually float anyway. Unflavored BCAA's are a good deal!

Great BCAAs. Started taking them when I was doing IF to get me through my morning workout. The best bang for you buck that I could find for BCAAs especially when you are consumbing 15-20g a day. However, the raspberry lemonade flavor tastes very artificial. Personally I prefer the watermelon flavor. It is much more mild and you can add drink mix to it.
