Worst Tasting and Worst Mixing BCAA I've Ever Tried
1I saw the Labdoor review and thought this would be perfect. Well, I was first wrong because I didn't realize Labdoor was only rating the unflavored version and that this one had sucralose. Oh well, I figured I had been using other sucralose BCAAs so this one would be OK. I was wrong again. This is the worst tasting and worst mixing BCAA I have ever used. I bought a big bag of the Raspberry Lemonade. I'm actually drinking it as I write this. It has a slight fruit flavor I guess, but no real lemonade flavor to it. It's basically just sweet tasting. If you take a glass of water and dump a bunch of Splenda in it and think that tastes good... you might like this. Me, I can't stand it. It mixes terribly. You have to mix the heck out of it and it will still have a bunch of white powder floating around in it. I will never buy this stuff again. Goes Well With:water

Does the job
5I usually use BCAA during workout mixed with maltodextrin and water. I keep getting BCAA with watermelon flavored, and the taste is awesome. At first, it looks like it doesn't mix well, but as soon as I'm ready to workout, it's cristal clear. The price is really good compared to other big names of the industry, and honestly BCAA's are BCAA's no matter where you buy it. The ratio leucine: isoleucine/valine is 2:1 which is common. I like to add some leucine to the mix as it has been showed that leucine is really the rate-limiting factor in term of maximizing muscle protein synthesis. Cheap, taste good, and effective. My g2g! Goes Well With:maltodextrin L-Leucine Water

It Works
4Of course it tastes terrible but it works. Maybe it's psychological, but either way in less than 2 weeks I notice a difference. I bought unflavored and I add a shot of Mio Energy to 20 ounces of water with between 5-10 grams of BCAA. Drink it during your workout and some after. Goes Well With:Mio energy mix.

Bad Taste, unnecessary coloring
2The Lemon Lime BCAA 2:1:1 is really bad tasting. It doesn't really taste like lemon lime just really bad artificial flavors. The coloring is weird (light green) which is fine but all the artificial color dyes? What's the point in adding unhealthy chemicals that adds no gains to this product. Not recommended.

Tastes ok, but there are better flavors
4I bought the Raspberry Lemonade in 2.2 lbs in order for me to recover from sports everyday so that I would not be sore the next day, and also to prevent muscle catabolism throughout the day. The flavor is ok, but if you add more than 2 scoops to about 25-30 oz of water the taste is overpowering and almost medicine like. The mixability is as expected, it takes a good couple of seconds to dissolve when you shake it around, but after that it dissolves perfectly, without a shaker ball or anything. It isnt clumpy, and gets the job done.Goes Well With:Water, intra workout, post workout
