Good pre-workout BCAA
4I take these BCAAs 30-45 minutes before each workout and they do a great job of delaying muscle fatigue. I haven't been taking them long enough to see substantial growth, but I've been battling a few injuries since before I acquired this product. I do recommend this product, as it's #1 ranking on LabDoor and awesome price-per-serving make it the best value out there. Yes, it's unflavored, so it IS bitter- but you mix it with 4-6 ounces of water and slam it.Goes Well With:MyProtein Impact Whey Isolate

Good buy
4Unflavored can taste a little bitter if not mixed with a flavored drink, but that's natural. Some of the BCAAS will settle on top of drink, but that's also natural. Love that it's third party testedGoes Well With:Gatorade

Bitter but does the job
4The berry blast has that bitter bcaa taste to them but if you mix with some Powerade zero or something similar it mixes n taste perfect with itGoes Well With:Powerade, mio, Gatorade,

Works great
5Bought the grape flavor and was pleased with the taste and mixability. This product was extremely helpful during my cutting phase and helping me get through long training sessions and during/after cutting weight (I preferred to take it as an intra workout and for rehydration).

Works if you can get past the taste
1I was excited to try MyProtein BCAA since the protein was good, boy was that a mistake. I have to choke down the Blue Raspberry flavor, I don't know about any of the other flavors but good lord the Blue Raspberry is bad. It has an extreme sweetener flavor, almost like you're drinking straight up splenda. I saw a review claim it tasted like cough syrup and boy were they right. The price is okay but it's not worth it if you can't even drink the stuff.Goes Well With:Water

Great for building anchor arms
5Mixes kinda poorly but I don't care much about that. Taste was decent. I mix it ( or stack it as they say) with some citrulline and have had great results. I am 40yrs old and I was getting pretty sore after workouts and taking longer to recoup but I felt a major difference after the very first dose. The next day was minimal soreness and I worked out harder than I had before. I mixed it into my water bottle and sipped it as I worked out and left about 1/3 which I guzzled after I was finished working out. I do that regularly now and feel great. Great product! A+++Goes Well With:citrulline powder

BCAA's are NOT soluble in water...
5BCAA powder is hydrophobic. If it leave clumps on top, does not mix well then you can be assured you have good BCAA powder. For those of you rating this product low due to taste and poor mixability you are akin to someone rating pull-ups, push-ups, squats and cardio "low" cuz they are not fun... Just my $.02.Goes Well With:Anything, we are not here for something that "tastes good" but rather for something real that works!
