5I see a lot of negative reviews, it’s all lies, smells great taste amazing, super effective during workouts, follow directions, 8oz of water and 2 scoops, got the watermelon flavor yum, will be buying more in the future. 10/10 Goes Well With:Cold Water !!Â

Get The Flavored BCAA
4Don't make my mistake. The unflavored BCAAs are awful tasting. To be fair, all unflavored BCAAs are nasty tasting, but MIO helps. Also, paying attention before you hit submit, get your delivery, open your BCAAs, and mix your drink helps, probably more than the MIO. Goes Well With:MIO- Strawberry Watermelon

Blue Raspberry Flavor was surprisingly good
5Nice blend of EAAs. Takes a while for the powder to dissolve in water, but it eventually does and the taste is good. So far, I've tried the rainbow sherbet, blue raspberry, snow cone, gummy fish and peach ring flavors. My favorite is the blue raspberry, closely followed by rainbow sherbet. Snow cone is still good, gummy fish is... ok, and I personally did not like the peach rings at all.Goes Well With:water

5This is the best priced BCAAs I can find anywhere! I got the flavorless and it mixes well with water without too much taste. I usually mix it with lemonade to have during long workouts and it seems to do the trick to keep me refueled. Be warned, it smells terrible, but I don't notice any taste when I mix it into something else.Goes Well With:juice

5This was my first time buying from this company but I’d heard good things from some friends. Gotta say they were right! Went with unflavored and even just in plain water it tastes fine. The best part for me though is it really does seem to have an impact on my workouts and mixes in super well. Definitely will buy again.Â
