Beware of Flavors
4This protein is easily the best deal I have found. There is only one flavor I return to which is Chocolate Smooth. It is the best by far. Cookies and Cream is gross and tastes like popcorn. Rocky Road isn't bad a bit under Smooth. Chocolate Mint tastes more like coffee and I'm not a fan of coffee. Cinnamon Roll is very very sweet so it needs to be diluted but I say it may be my number 2. I will more than likely forever by Impact Whey from MyProtein.Goes Well With:Only Water, I never use milk or almond milk.

Great protein shake
4I ordered the shake for me and my husband and by surprise for once we can agree on a shake we both like. It’s on the sweeter side so we use a little bit more water. We love that it doesn’t clump up and even tho I’m slightly lactose intolerant I do great with the shake.

5I have been using chocolate smooth impact whey protein for about 4 months post workout five days a week. I use water and it mixes very well! I can definitely notice an improvement in my weightlifting because of this product. Will definitely recommend to a friend!Goes Well With:I mix with water, but it also mixes well with milk
