Hits the spot
5Used strictly use yogurt for my pre-bed casein fix, however this stuff has proven to make some awesome tasting pre-bed casein puddings and as such I have switched up my ritual. Also, when compared to other casein powders, the mix-ability has proven to be superior. Just another solid product from MyProtein. Goes Well With:peanut butter almond butter

Great bang for your buck
4This is a great protein to take before bed to make sure your muscles have some slow digesting protein while you rest considering its over 78% casein protein. I have had a few of the different chocolate flavors available and noticed it is does not quite taste or mix as well as the Whey isolate, but its not a drastic difference. Overall this is a very cheap protein product that works very well for what you are paying.

Best casein
5People who say it doesnt mix need to shake harder, this mixes better and smoother than any other casein out there. I use 2 scoops with 6oz almond milk and 8oz water and its perfectGoes Well With:Unsweetened Almond milk and water

5I use the milk protein smooth in a mug or bowl with just enough water to make a protein pudding out of it. You can add in some cereal too for some crunch. Goes Well With:Cereal, fruit,

Strawberry Cream
2I was looking to use this as more of a slow-release protein; casein is expensive so I thought this could be a faux-replacement. Unfortunately, it is simply unmixable. Depending on your method, anywhere from 25-75% of just water and powder will end up as foam; this also means that it is mostly undrinkable and therefore not very effective. The flavor is alright, but what mixture you can ingest is still somewhat chalky.Goes Well With:N/A

High Quality Protein
5This is the first time I have bought a Casein/Whey protein blend because research shows that it is more effective than whey alone, and I am very happy with this product. It mixes amazingly! I use a half full, room temperature water bottle and I place a funnel in mouth, and I pour the protein into the funnel. I put the cap back on, and I shake it hard for about 5 to 10 seconds and it is perfectly mixed. I bought the chocolate smooth flavor, and it is decent. It is slightly chalky, but the taste isn't bad. It is powder protein after all. Over all, I have found my new go to brand! High quality and great price!

5Milk Protein Smooth-Chocolate Smooth Overall great product. Mixing with milk at certain concentrations produces a chocolate pudding which I love. Also goes well with cold water. Taste and miscibility of this flavor/product has never been an issue. I suggest adding water to the bottle first to avoid powder getting stuck in the bottle's corners. I love chocolate smooth milk protein. Goes Well With:Water, Milk

Good product, bad taste.
3I've been using this stuff for about a month now and it seems to be working as it should. I'm building muscle and have experienced reduced recovery times and less muscle soreness. But the taste is pretty bad. I've got both the Chocolate and Strawberry smooth. I can tolerate the Chocolate, but not the Strawberry. Also, when mixing excessively with cold liquid, the product turns into pudding consistency. Perhaps thats normal, but it's not for me. If taste doesn't matter, its a great product. I won't be buying it again, but will find a replacement here on MyProtein as their quality is top notch. So, in summary, if you are hard core and want results and don't care about taste and consistency, this product is for you. I'm just not that hard core. ;)

Vanilla, never again
3Would never buy vanilla again, I know, it's. ..vanilla, but it's hardly vanilla, super bland. You can shake in your mixer bottle for days, and still have chunks. The double chocolate whey I purchased previously mixed completely with just a few shakes. I like the velcro like seal on the packaging, but since air can be squeezed out after sealing, im not so sure it can keep humidity out. Goes Well With:Water, and bed.
