Soy Isolate
5This mixes well within my smoothies however the taste is something that could be improved. By itself (or with milk) it does not taste well but when mixed with ingredients such as fruits, peanut butter, etc., the subpar taste goes away.

Great product
5Macros are good, low fat and carb, high protein with such a low price when it is on sale. As for the mixability, because the nature of the powder, it is very thick, I mix the powder with a little water or milk first using a spoon, then add more water/milk and shake them in a shake bottle. there is no chalk at all. I like soy milk, this one taste exactly like soy milk after mixing in milk, but without all the fat and carbs. It taste better after microwaving. And, I got the product five days before expected delivery. After all, I am totally satisfied. Goes Well With:milk,

Makes a great "pudding"
5I really like this soy protein as a substitute for dairy products. I mix it with a little less water and a few flavor drops and it makes a thick great tasting "pudding." Sodium content is a little bit higher than most other powders but I don't notice any effect on taste. It doesn't really have much of a taste when just mixed with water, it is a lot thicker than whey powders though. I'd recommend it.Goes Well With:Flavor drops, water

Soy protein
4Great price, the taste is just awful, the mixability is non-existent but overall not bad because you can add pre-workout/ flavor drops for better flavor.Goes Well With:Flavor drops

5The Good: -Great source of Protein -Mixes well (I use a NutriBullet) The Bad: -Doesn't taste good (the only option was unflavored, so no surprise, it tastes like protein powder. Just mixed it with chocolate almond milk and it taste great.)Goes Well With:Chocolate Almond Milk

Good for adding to whey blend or egg shakes.
5For so many years soy has been the redheaded stepchild of protein. I dunno why... Firstly, look up "rennet" and realize that much of the available whey is made with rennet. What kind? Dunno... but soy sounds better already! Soy is inexpensive, has myriad documented health benefits, has a familiar pleasant taste in it's own way. Since soy is inexpensive you can but ISOLATE at a reasonable cost compared to other protein sources. Somehow people have gotten the idea that soy might somehow be associated with all the weird stuff that comes from Japan. It may be true that Japan produces 80% of the planet's weird, but I've been a heavy consumer of soy for many years and still pee standing up. Maybe this would be a good time to mention that I'm a man... Just give soy a try! Put 2 scoops Impact Whey 1 scoop Soy Isolate in the bullet with 4 eggs, 1 banana, 1 cup milk, tbsp sugar, 3-6 tbsp Canola or Olive oil. Eating 2 of these a day plus a reasonable meal my cholesterol stays around 165!!! Thanks MyProtein.Goes Well With:Rock hard abs and a side of BEEFCAKE!!!

Great utility protein powder
4Best-priced soy protein I've found, and the fact it's unflavored is a bonus in my book rather than a problem. I use this by blending it with fruit, dextrose, peanut butter and milk to make a thick smoothie, essentially adding in my own flavors as I wish. It also works wonderfully in baking - I've made protein cookies out of it, and a flavored powder would make them either taste off or limit what it could be used in (vanilla or chocolate would be bizarre if making something savory!) The one complaint I have is that, in absence of mechanical assistance from a blender or mixer, the powder doesn't like to mix into liquid. A whisk works best from my experience, but still takes quite a while to get the lumps out. Using a spoon just results in powder being flung around as it floats on top of water or milk. Adding powder before the liquid is a bad idea as the powder will just stay in a lump a the bottom of the bowl or container. However, a different soy protein I tried has this same issue so I'm not certain it's specific to this product or simply occurs in most soy protein. My advice: add it a little at a time as you mix, and either sift it or make sure it doesn't hit the liquid in clumps. Or just use a device to do it for you. Overall I'd say it's excellent for the price and great if you want to experiment with recipes and have a blender. But if you want an all-in-one instant shake this is NOT the powder for you.Goes Well With:Fruit, peanut butter, dextrose, cocoa, yoghurt, cereal, cooked into other foods. Use a whisk or blender.

great alternative!!
4I was looking for a whey alternative as they all give me a stomach ache. This had been the best so far; no stomach, digests easily, mixes well when blended. The taste is exactly as you would expect it to be for soy, which is not the best, but the taste is easily hidden. Biggest drawback is mixability. It is a bit clumpy, but that's about it. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star overall is because it's not the best protein for a scoop-shake-drink situation. Goes Well With:Honestly, everything! Just use a blender

Great Protein! Bad Taste!
4This protein is great! I'm able to intake enough protein I need for a day to gain muscle. Perfect for me being a vegan. However the taste is horrible and it does not mix well! Unflavored is not good at all. There were no other flavors available. I just tough it out and not think about the taste because I just want a good protein at an affordable price. Also, the package says it includes a measuring scoop but I ordered multiple packages and not one has a scoop.Goes Well With:Mixed Fruit in a blender to give the protein flavor
