1It tastes weird. I couldn't take a single sip. Totally disappointed

Not Good
1Honestly, the worst protein I have ever had. I have tried to mix it with several different liquids, ingredients, and seasoning but nothing gets rid of the terrible texture and extremely overwhelmingly awful aftertaste. Would not recommend even if you are vegan or dairy free.Goes Well With:Nothing

DO NOT BUY
1This soy protein isolate is horrendous, do yourself a favour and stick to the regular whey protein isolate if you can. The soy powder refuses to mix no matter what liquid you use and clumps like crazy even in a blender. It even came clumped up in the bag and sticks to the scooper, which was already a bad warning sign. Also, it makes me feel bloated and is difficult to digest compared to whey. The vanilla taste is okay but too sweet, I wish they had an unflavoured version in stock. I deeply regret this purchase. Goes Well With:Nothing, I tried it in shakes, pancakes, oats, etc...it always clumps like crazy into hard chunks and makes for a terrible eating experience

Great protein
4Great option of protein with good protein intake in one scoop, but it requires to be shake to much.Goes Well With:It tastes best with milk.

great soy protein choice
4I have been looking for a soy protein for forever and I gotta say I quite like this one. I've yet to use it in just a plain shake with water and flavor drops so I'm not sure how the mixability is that way, but when I cook and bake with it I definitely find this protein needs more water or else it can be clumpy. The flavor of the protein takes a bit to get used to but delicious none-the-less. if you want an affordable and good-quality soy protein I definitely recommend it. Goes Well With:overnight oats and protein cookies

Great in smoothies
5Mixes well in smoothies, but needs something like a banana to taste good, without the banana, not sweet enough. I do 1 banana, 1 cup berries, 1 scoop of this, and it tastes great and keeps me full for a while. Been vegan for 18 years, and my stomach loves this. Goes Well With:Smoothies with bananasÂ

I love the unflavoured one
5I'm a repeat buyer and I love this stuff. I mainly mix it in my oats every morning. In my opinion the taste is just fine, quite neutral, a little chalky and earthy but I much prefer the unflavoured soy isolate to the pea protein for example, the flavour of which is much more pronounced and legume-y in my experience. Needs a little work mixing in with liquids but not a huge deal in my opinion. Goes Well With:Oats, yoghurt

highly recommend!!
5obviously this isn't some crazy flavorful dream protein powder but this is one of my favourites for sure!! mixability is perfect (i love mixing w greek yogurt and adding some flavdrops) and taste when sweetener is added is perfect for me!! i like things pretty sweet :) i recommend the chocolate over the vanilla because vanilla had a bit of a fake taste to it and chocolate even tho it smelled interesting tasted great! overall awesome for the price!!Goes Well With:greek/coconut yogurt + flavdrops protein pancakes

My favorite protein
5This has been my go to protein for the past year and a half and it never disappoints. I love mixing it with almond milk, splash of water, oatmeal peanut butter and various fruits and blend in either a blender, magic bullet or ninja and it comes out amazing. Definitely don’t recommend shakers it won’t even mix your shake since the protein is somewhat chalky but honestly what protein isn’t. Easy my stomach and my hormones. 12/10 Goes Well With:Almond milk Peanut butter Fruits WaterÂ
