Ingredients
- 30 grams oat flour
- 25 grams Chocolate Mint Impact Whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 ml buttermilk
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sweetener
Instructions
In a bowl add all of the dry ingredients together and whisk to combine.
Add your whole egg & buttermilk and whisk until smooth.
Let sit for 5 minutes while you preheat a pan on low to medium heat and prepare with nonstick cooking spray.
Once the pan is hot, pour in batches and fry both sides until fully cooked through.
