Prep time:  15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Pancake Tacos:
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/3 cup any milk
  • 1/2 cup any flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking
  • 1/2 tsp baking
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp any sweetener
  • dash of salt
  • Filling :
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • handful of blueberries/raspberries
  • melted dark chocolate, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all of your pancake taco ingredients and blend together to form a batter.

  2. Cook your pancakes on the stove top.

  3. Get a container and place the pancakes inside, side by side, folded like tacos.

  4. Add your fillings and enjoy!
