, you can enjoy this delectable treat without sacrificing your macros. Whether it's a friend's birthday or it's just been a long day, these red velvet cupcakes will make you smile.

Servings:  4 cupcakes

Cook time:  20 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and prepare cupcake tray with 4 cupcake liners.⁣

  2. In a bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients- both flours, baking soda & powder, cocoa powder, salt, sweetener, and chocolate protein powder.⁣

  3. To the dry ingredients, add eggs, milk, & red food colouring. Whisk until smooth.⁣

  4. Transfer equally between 4 cupcake liners.⁣

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.⁣

  6. Cool completely before frosting.⁣

  7. To make the cream cheese frosting, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, & sweetener until smooth⁣.

  8. Refrigerate until firm⁣.

  9. Pipe onto cupcakes when they are completely cool!⁣
