Ingredients
- Cupcake :
- 15grams oat flour
- 15grams plain flour
- 25grams Myprotein Impact Whey Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder
- 10grams cocoa powder
- 40grams egg whites
- 50grams plain Greek yogurt
- 20ml of any low-fat milk
- 1tsp sweetener
- 1/4tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 4-5 drops red food colouring
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 50grams light cream cheese
- 60grams plain Greek yogurt
- 1tsp sweetener
- 20grams Myprotein Impact Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and prepare cupcake tray with 4 cupcake liners.
In a bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients- both flours, baking soda & powder, cocoa powder, salt, sweetener, and chocolate protein powder.
To the dry ingredients, add eggs, milk, & red food colouring. Whisk until smooth.
Transfer equally between 4 cupcake liners.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Cool completely before frosting.
To make the cream cheese frosting, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, & sweetener until smooth.
Refrigerate until firm.
Pipe onto cupcakes when they are completely cool!
