Vegan Protein good, THIS vegan protein though...
3So the macros, the price, the shipping times, the fact fact that it's vegan are all things I can get behind.. But the taste is one of the worst I've had. In all honesty, the vegan proteins I usually get from MyProtein (Typically The Vegan Blend or the The Vegan Diet Bland when they carried that one) are never the tastiest. But I still would buy them because of the price and macros on them, and they aren't terrible when mixed with oatmeal, sweetener, and some fruit. So I decided to try the brown rice Vanilla Chai (Maybe the flavor choice was my mistake, but I didn't hate it on the Vegan Blend). This is one of the worst flavors of vegan protein I've ever had. It's gritty, even mixed in oats, and has a terrible aftertaste. In hindsight, I should've stuck with the Vegan Blend, but if I were you, avoid the Brown Rice Vanilla Chai. Hoping chocolate is better based off other reviews, but I am pretty disappointed.

Easy to mix, tastes okay, good protein per servings.
4I complement the brown rice protein powder with pea protein powder. You really can't beat the price as for as protein content per serving goes. The brown rice protein is powdery/grainy and mixes well. I get the chocolate flavor, and I enjoy it.Goes Well With:Pea Protein Isolate, almond milk, or water.

Decent
4I bought the chocolate brown rice protein and it has been decent. Mixed it with almond milk and was not bad at all. Putting this on something like oatmeal did not taste as good as drinking it with almond milk or a shake. Very easy on the stomach which i have been happy with.

Best MyVegan Protein
5I've tried many other vegan proteins (pea, soy, etc.), however, this is definitely my favorite by far. Though it is powdery and dry looking initially, it mixes really well as long as you put an adequate amount of water in it. I've never tried the vanilla flavor so I can't speak to its flavor profile, however, the chocolate is really delicious and not too sweet. It took me a bit to adjust to its consistency, however, my digestion is ten times better than when I used whey or other vegan proteins. I highly recommend any of MyProtein's products since they are affordable and effective!Goes Well With:Water

Chocolate flavor alright, stay away from the vanilla
3I bought both the vanilla and chocolate to try. Unless you like annihilating your taste buds, don't buy the vanilla flavor🤢. I found out if you mix it with a lot water in a shaker so the consistency is very thin and gulp it down fast while holding your breath, it's manageable, but you're still left with an aftertaste The chocolate version tastes alright, not as good as the whey smooth chocolate version though. I use it with my oatmeal

Gets the job done
3I like how simple the ingredients are and the chocolate flavor is alright, though I've had better vegan chocolate protein powders. I would not recommend purchasing the vanilla, though. The vanilla tastes kind of chalky and, it took awhile, but I found adding cinnamon, peanut butter (gooey or powdered), or mixing it in something else with several other flavors makes it not-so-bad. I'll finish the bags, but I'd only repurchase the chocolate flavor. I haven't tried other MyProtein powders, so I can't say if it's the brown rice bringing it down, but I'll also probably try a different powder base as well next time and only in chocolate at first.Goes Well With:Oatmeal As a sauce or dip for baked goods, cereal, etc. Cinnamon Peanut butter (gooey and powdered)

DO NOT BUY THIS
3This is probably the worst-tasting thing that I have ever had in my life. Every time I get a whiff of it, or taste it, my gag reflex gets triggered and I've almost thrown up twice now. The stevia taste is ridiculously strong, and the vanilla is nowhere near prominent enough to cover for the horrific taste of the protein itself. It's clumpy and takes too long to properly mix/dissolve, too. Truly such a horrific taste, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this 2.2 bag of the vanilla stevia..

Tastes like uncooked brown rice
1No matter what I mix this with, I can't get the taste of uncooked ground rice out. It is so grainy and almost metallic in taste.

It's not as bad as people make it out to be
5Ok I have tried all kinds of protein powders, and let me tell you that some people are extremely picky and will find anything "disgusting". The truth is the vanilla flavored is delicious and I highly recommend it, brown rice is one of the easiest to digest proteins out there. As for the chocolate flavour I would advice you not to buy as the flavour is not as tasty (I still buy it, but I'm not picky) that being said vanilla is delicious, go for itGoes Well With:Anything, water, juice, milk
