5While I can’t speak to the effectiveness or mix-ability, it priced right. The product is at least as good as a brand you might get at Natural Grocers or Whole Foods.  Goes Well With:I don’t mix the product.

Fish burps
3These actually taste good going down with some kind of costing. They smell bad though and they have minor fish burps. Main issue is the low ingredients.Â

Fish Oils
5I usually go for the omega 3 plus fish oils but they are out of stock. These are a great alternative. Great for skin and joints. No fishy aftertaste. Great for the body!

You get what you pay for
4They smell very fishy straight out of the container but that's expected when you buy 180 fish oil capsules for sub 10 dollars. Regardless, they work as they should and get the job done. Cost effective.Goes Well With:water

Best I have used
5I notice when I havnt taken these daily. There's a noticeable difference in my joints. It could be a placebo effect but I believe theres a correlation between me taking three a day and less pain in my knees. When I go a week without taking them there is a noticable difference. Great product

Essential Omega softgels
5right off the bat the taste is strong but if you dont mind the smell or taste of fish than this great i love seafood so no compliments at all great product definitely recommend

Good and contains gelatin
4Contains bovine gelatin which is probably just not recommended not forbidden. However, unlike spring valley brand, this fish oil pills are very tasteless.

Great Product - can see myself getting again
4Leave a weird taste when you burp but other than that I can see myself getting this again when I run out.
