These actually taste good going down with some kind of costing. They smell bad though and they have minor fish burps. Main issue is the low ingredients.

They smell very fishy straight out of the container but that's expected when you buy 180 fish oil capsules for sub 10 dollars. Regardless, they work as they should and get the job done. Cost effective.

I notice when I havnt taken these daily. There's a noticeable difference in my joints. It could be a placebo effect but I believe theres a correlation between me taking three a day and less pain in my knees. When I go a week without taking them there is a noticable difference. Great product
