No where near as good as c4... I take two scoops in 150ml water and no rush or tingles.. Mmm but after 30 minutes I seem to have a lot of energy and motivation.

One small problem

Over all a great product. It tasted great and gave a good pump as required! You can definitely feel all the ingredients working and workouts feel enhanced. With no caffeine this product can be taken any time in the day without effecting sleep! The one small problem was that it came in one solid lump.. This made mixing it near impossible. I have returned this and am soon to receive a new bag. ( Only reason for 4/5 stars ) Other than that a great product :) I highly recommend!!

Does the job,bit I won't buy it again.I get rash on my arms and face after taking it.Avoid if you have skin problems,eczema,very dry skin etc.

Depends what you want from a preworkout

Having been on caffeinated preworkouts for some time I was looking for a decent non-stim alternative, and this was a decent price so invested in raspberry lemonade and orange flavours. Orange is average at best in terms of taste. Haven’t really noticed any decent pumps from it and hasn’t helped improve performance, leaving me feel very flat in my workouts. 9/10 for taste in raspberry lemonade, really does taste good but again, similarly to above absolutely no effectiveness. Back on to caffeine for me I’m afraid.

I suppose quite a few reviews from other users on this site are due to people being used to caffeine-based pre-workout stimulants. However, it has to be pointed that the suggested serving does not represent a great deal of pump even for someone as unaccustomed to taking pre-workout supplements as myself. After using the suggested dose and mixing it with 300 ml blend of water and coconut water I could not feel much pump, not really much focus and tingling. On the upside it mixes really well without having to frantically shake your bottle and the blue raspberry flavour is quite good. I would recommend using this alongside another pre-workout supplement, or possibly on its own prior to cardio or other sessions in the gym that do not need focus and strong stimulation.

This is the first preworkout I ever bought, and my caffeine tolerance is extremely high (basically has no effect on me) so I thought I'd try a caffeine free product as it had more chance of working. I am REALLY skeptical about these things but this was amazing! I drank it before I left for the gym (however im going to start drinking it just as i start my workout) and walking there I could feel my face tingling, and thought wow its doing something! Bike was my first machine and I ALWAYS have to pause it every minute or two no matter how fast/what level etc as my legs seize up easily and need to stop and be stretched.... I didnt pause once im the whole use of the bike and thats not happened before!! Just wow, however it did seem to wear off some way through, but I think I just drank it too soon before my workout. Will definitely use again. Also I got the rasberry lemonade flavour, tasted a bit acidy and REALLY sugary (even though obviously theres no sugar in it) so I think will maybe try other flavours as it was quite full on, but could get used to it I'd imagine.

First pre workout iv had as i avoid them for anxiety reasons. This litterally had no effect. No extra energy or anything. Good lime flavour. Very clumpy. Was wondering if my batch got damp and formed a big lump or something. Maybe i just dont know what a pre workout is supposed to do.

As I work shifts so sometimes have to train in the mornings after a night shift and just before going to bed where caffeine would knock me for 6, this is ideal. Gives me just enough of a tingle and boost, but without giving me the shakes and keeping me awake all day/night.

I struggle with pre workouts as I have a very high caffeine tolerance. So when someone suggested a caffeine free pre workout...I had to try it. The raspberry lemonade tastes great, it mixes well but unfortunately I had no effect. No pump, no extra energy, not much face tingling. I started off two scoops as recommended. Mild face tingling for a few minutes then I didn't feel any effects while training. Tried 4 scoops the next day, No face tingling. I felt quite ill. Very lethargic and really sweaty. It made my legs session rather poor. Doubt I'll buy again.
