Impact of whey isolate
5The protein is good with good mix ability. Most importantly, it doesn't disturb ur digestive system. Overall, it's a very light protein with good effects. I am using it from last 4 months and it gave me a good result. I use it with creatine and I realized that it helped me in gaining muscle gain. And since, I used unflavoured, it's sugar free and carb free....basically guilt free :)
