I have tried so many brands of protein and have been able to gulp down any of them except for the pea proteins. Those are just chalky. I love the taste of salted caramel, blueberry cheesecake, coffee caramel but peanut cookie is absolutely the worst. Discontinue this one. It tastes like there is straight flour mixed in with it and some weird musty flavor that is not peanut delightfulness. I also attempted to bake with it. Do not even attempt.

I've been using their protein exclusively for over a year now. The only brand that I feel matches Optimum Nutrition's effectiveness. Plus, I'm a member of a discount group that gets me 30% off all purchases on this site. The only thing I hate is that I usually only buy the 2.2 lbs bags to taste different flavors and those that I like usually get discontinued or replaced. The three that are still available that I've had are the Banana Split which only tastes like banana, the Tiramisu which has a light coffee taste...but is delicious and mixes well in smoothies or just alone as a post-workout shake. And the Orange-Passionfruit is probably the most disgusting thing I've EVER tasted in my 37 years. I really wanted to throw it out, but...I paid for it, so I've been forcing it down. But I'm telling you, that flavor disrespects my tastebuds something serious! But overall, I feel that I get great results from this protein. My muscles develop great and I haven't had any issues. Before you order, make sure you read the fine print. Some flavors come with scoops...others do not. I usually just wash and store the scoops whenever I finish a bag just in case the incoming one is missing it.

Good product.. Pros: Good quality whey isolate, Cost Cons: Comes in a pouch. Wish they had it in the jar. Makes a lot of mess taking out from pouch.. Won't mind paying extra buck or so for a jar. Extremely slow shipping compared to their competitors. Even the paid shipping is slow. Would like to buy again. If myprotein offer quick shipping.

Breakfast: Almond milk, oats, blueberry. Post workout Smoothies : 1/2 avacado, 1/2cup blueberries, 1 table spoon peanut butter, 1/2 cup skim milk , 1/2 cup water. 5 to 10 leafs of spinach. Really good!

First of all, I gave it 4 stars because it's one of the best protein powders in terms of nutritional profile. Here are the resons I subtracted a star: 1) The taste. Chocolate Peanut butter is pretty bad tasting. I suggest getting unflavored, and adding cocoa. Great flavoring. 3g of carbs, 2g of fiber, 1g protein. I tried it with milk, almond milk (terrible), and coconut milk (the best IMO). 2) Mixability. This is much harder to mix than ON Gold Standard. I have started using a mini blender because it was much more of a hassle using a blender bottle. Took more than twice as long as other powders to mix.
