I bought two 2.2 lb bags on their summer sale. I'm looking to just maintain muscle while cutting a little bit of weight, and so far I haven't lost any sort of strength associated with a cut. I have mixed this product with water and milk and it mixes well with both. I find that it mixes quicker with water than milk. Mixing the powder with either doesn't produce a lot of dry clumps, and any that do come up dissipate rather quickly. As for taste , for me, water does just fine and works well since I am cutting some calories where I can. With water it is just thinner than with milk with a little bit of a milky after taste.

this is the best protein I have ever bought the price is unbeatable seeing that they are always having sales the protein to serving ratio was the best I've ever seen only 5 grams of fillers so you get the most protein for Your money and of course because you have so little fillers the taste isn't as good as other proteins out there but because you're not paying for the fillers you get the most bang for your buck, the taste isn't horrible though.

I am around 50 years of age. Former athlete, so life got in the way of workouts and am just a few months in. I couldn't believe the smoothness of this product. I just mix it with a spoon. Not like the cement like stuff used to have to take. I'm trying to lose fat, and at only 90 calories, this was great for high protein low carb training. Strawberry cream is what I got, and it is delicious. I use two scoops as a meal replacement. each week, can find places that fat is disappearing. Seing muscle definition and strength gains also. couldn't find a product as cheap anywhere. I feel this is a superior product period. Oh, and I just mix with water. Top Notch.

This was my first time buy from my protein and by all means i got what i paid for and some! its the best protein ive had thus far i have seen growth here within the last couple weeks. as well it does not leave your stomach feeling like you just drank half a gallon of milk it goes down very nicely and doesnt plop into your stomach this as well is all being based off a 2 scoop drink so id say right at 10oz (400ml) is perfect amount of milk or water i do perfer the milk, seems to be more a treat for me only problem ive had is the scooper was about half way in the middle of the bag and tempting myself to not have it all too quickly as well resealable bags are fucking awesome for sure 5stars from me!
