5I have recently started intermittent fasting (16:8) and wanted to increase my protein intake to ensure i wasn’t left feeling like i was starving to death during my fast. This has definitely helped and oh my the taste is incredible! I purchased the cookies and cream and have it with either semi skimmed milk or soya milk - both of which taste like im drinking a naughty milkshake! I read a review about the diet whey containing more calories than normal protein, and soon realised that after reading the ingredients that ofcourse this would be the case due to the extra ingredients within the diet whey. These extra ingredients are great for helping to lose weight! I feel fuller for longer, im not looking as bloated ive lost a few pounda and i can enjoy a naughty tasting treat everyday! Would definitely reccommend!

Tastes very strong
3I bought the Cinnamon Danish flavour after seeing some good reviews and mixed it as the instructions on the packet - one large scoop in 150ml-250ml of water. I couldn't drink it, there is so much sweetner and flavourings it was way too strong. I filled the bottle up with water and it tasted fine with 400ml. Now after a bit of trial and error I am drinking it with 200ml water mixed with 200ml milk to make it more of a milkshake. Tastes okay, I won't be buying this flavour again but might be fine if you like really sweet things.

3This is the worst protein i have had in my life its filled with artificial sweeteners and is way to sweet to drink , its like drinking ammonia

5I've been using this product for over six months and very happy with it. Nice mixing, consistency and great protein. Great bioavailability of 22 grams per 25gm serving. I have never had anything better than this one. Just love the cookies n cream, vanilla and salted caramel flavors. 5Good thing I only ordered a small bag; this stuff smells and tastes like medicine. BAD medicine.

Mmmmmmm
5I love chocolate and I love mint, so what's better than a chocolate mint protein shake? And for a killer treat put a mug full in the freezer for awhile, grab a long spoon and enjoy a chocolate mint protein malt. Once I mixed in a sprinkling of coffee grounds and some peanut butter and Yow was that tasty!

Overall good product
5I like this product overall, but to me the taste isn't that great if you have it on it's own. However, if you mix it with a shake it's actually quite pleasant and effective
